• Please note that not all of our items come from 2PG - a lot of our items ship from separate vendors. We always update your account with tracking information for your security and peace of mind. Please look clearly at our updates to see if shipment was made by usps (US Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT THE PO HAS REPORTED AS DELIVERED. IF THE TRACKING SHOWS THAT A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED THEN IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE THAT INFO TO THE LOCAL POST OFFICE AND HAVE THE PO FIND IT. HOWEVER, IF TRACKING SHOWS THAT IT FELL OFF THE RADAR ALONG THE WAY SOMEWHERE, THEN WE WILL GLADLY RESEND YOUR ORDER OUT ASAP. This is for our protection against customers who make fraudulent claims.


• THE NEW SLIM CASES and TOUGH CASES ARE GUARANTEED FOR 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. Customers who wait longer than 10 days to report a problem with their order will not be considered for replacement.
• Your account will AUTOMATICALLY send out shipping updates, so please add 2PreppyGirls to your address books or check your spam /bulk folders.
• The decals & license plates are USUALLY shipped within 5-7 business days..
• For embroidery items please allow about 2 weeks for your order to be processed, personalized and shipped. (In most cases, you will receive your order within 7 working days, but we need to say 2 weeks to cover ourselves in case we get super busy!)
• Soaps & Candles ship out with 24-48 hours. WOW!
• For all Monogrammed Clog and Sandal orders, please be prepared to wait between 6 to 8 weeks as these shoes are artistic creations, hand made just for you.

All sales are final. Damaged products must be reported within ten (10) days for replacement.

THE NEW SLIM CASES and TOUGH CASES ARE GUARANTEED FOR 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS received.(30 days from shipment) PLEASE REMEMBER that the phone cases are built to protect your PHONE so if you drop your phone and the case is damaged, your case may break but hopefully your expensive phone will survive. We do not replace damaged/broken cases we are only responsible for the printing/designing on the cases.
Tervis Tumblers have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If you have an issue with your tumbler, you may deal with them directly at Tervis.com. Tracking

• If you are wondering where your purchase is, please check your account or your spam or bulk folders for a msg from info@2PreppyGirls, all orders will receive an automated shipping notification and this will contain your tracking info. Please add us to your address book.
RUSH Orders


Because of unfortunate circumstances where we have gone the extra mile to help some customers out and rushed an item overnight BUT NOT GOTTEN PAID, we will NO LONGER be offering this service unless payment is made UPFRONT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payments


Your credit card information is NEVER stored on our site & at no point is your card information accessible by anyone here at 2PG. Your shopping security is very important to us! Please do not call or e-mail and ask us to add to your order as we will have no way to charge you. You may use just a credit card without logging in to PayPal or Google, just look for the cc icons. We are also currently using Google Checkout and PayPal as our Credit Card Processors. Expect to see a charge from "info@2preppygirls.com" on your credit card statement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and your Debit card through PayPal. Virginia shipping addresses should expect to add an additional 5% in sales tax to the order.

Returns


These items are all custom made to your personalized requests. Please double and triple check your order before checkout. Returns & refunds will not be accepted for ANY personalized item unless the mistake was ours. 2PreppyGirls is NOT RESPONSIBLE for customer color choices or font selection. We list all our choices so that an informed decision can be made. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE ITEM YOU DESIGNED. 2PreppyGirls is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. ***Also - Any packages that are returned to us from your post office will be kept for 90 days or until you claim it. We will make every attempt to contact you but you will need to Re-Pay for postage for us to re-ship out to you. We can invoice you through PayPal for this extra charge.

WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND THE ITEM YOU DESIGNED. Every attempt is made to keep items in stock and up to date. If, for any reason, we are not able to fulfill your order, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Customers' Orders are processed in the order that they are received.
